Later, I’ve been a little distracted. My art, yet again, has taken a back seat on this wonderfully unpredictable trip we call life. I don’t often expose my “other” life on my blog, but decided to share with you the reason I am otherwise detained from the creation of art. My twin boys.

Ah motherhood. A full time gig with unusual rewards and very few thank yous. My little men are 4 years old this year, and eager to be even more hands on than usual. The are at reach other’s throats one minute, and inseparable the next. Now that the weather is nice, we are outside constantly soaking up the rays and the dirt.

In January we made out 2016 Bucket List of things we wanted to do and experience this year. As you can imagine, the list is long, and still growing. I too made a list of my own (admittedly most are solo activities), because life is too short to not experience… Well, life. So, this blog might be on a hiatus, or I might be posting quick sketches and doodles. Who knows. I will be back though, when time allows for new artwork. Maybe on a rainy day. 😉
